Published to mark AXA's 40th anniversary, this book traces the history of the philanthropic commitments of the French international insurance group. Committed through numerous initiatives to the fundamental values of solidarity and social responsibility, notably through the implementation of programmes designed to promote education and inclusion, among other things, the company has also played a decisive role in the arts and culture since its inception.

Support for the acquisition of major works of art, historical objects and national treasures for national collections, as well as ongoing support for the preservation of endangered buildings and the restoration of historical monuments, are key elements of an approach that is deeply rooted in the company's culture.
