The World of Peter Dunham

Auteur(s) : Peter Dunham
Los Angeles-based interior designer Peter Dunham is known for his bold use of colour and pattern, his sophisticated yet relaxed style and his sense of timelessness. Dunham and his team of designers divide their time between restoring older homes and collaborating with renowned architects on brand new residences. Current projects include a modernist Marmol Radziner home overlooking the Pacific in Montecito, residences in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Newport Beach, New York, Dallas, Sag Harbor, Montana, and an iconic 1963 Horace Gifford home on Fire Island. Peter is based between Los Angeles and New York.
This first book by Peter Dunham features a dozen of his most recent projects - from chic New York penthouses to sun-drenched Californian gems - as well as Dunham's own residences, including his pied-à-terre in Paris. Each chapter highlights a principle of his design philosophy - colour, rhythm, conviviality, nature - as well as the people and places that have shaped his unique point of view. Many feature Dunham's internationally acclaimed textiles.
