This book is the catalogue of the retrospective devoted by the Centre Georges Pompidou to the French painter Jean Helion (1904 - 1987). Friend of Torres-Garcia, Leger, Mondria, van Doesburg and Miro, member of the concrete Art then of Abstraction-Creation, Helion holds a decisive place in the 1930s Paris and in New York during the second half of the 20th century.
