Jean-Michel Othoniel : poussière d'étoile

In homage to the contemplative power of glass, Jean-Michel Othoniel (1964-) explores the interplay of light, matter and scale in this exhibition catalogue. Inspired by nature, the artist presents a series of sculptures that captivate the eye and the mind with their combination of mathematical precision and poetic delicacy.

Sculptures with infinite reflections, the transcendence of gold, the dazzle of light: a certain idea of beauty runs through the 90 works on display. A text by Claude Arnaud, writer, essayist and biographer, accompanies Jean-Michel Othoniel's work in an exploration launched in search of the marvellous, lost in our real world.
