Founded in 1984 by Christian Boutonnet (1947-2000) and Rafael Ortiz, the Arc en Seine gallery is a leading name in Art Deco furniture. The two antique dealers have exhibited some of the most famous names, including Chareau, Dupré-Lafon, Lucie Rie, Georges Jouve, Eileen Gray, Frank, Marinot and the Giacometti brothers.

This book retraces the history of the L'Arc en Seine gallery since its creation. It pays tribute both to the designers who made its reputation and to Christian Boutonnet.
